About the role
Frasers Property Limited in Singapore seeks a seasoned professional to lead asset modelling and capital projects across our portfolio. You will build and maintain first-principles financial models, drive AEIs, and shape hold/sell and impairment decisions. You will also own annual planning, budget negotiations with operators, monitor key performance metrics, and oversee valuation, reporting, and governance with auditors and advisors.
