Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of https://realtytalent.in. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

1. What RealtyTalent does

We operate a recruitment marketplace for the real estate industry. We introduce hiring companies to candidates. We are not an employer, an employment agency of record, or a party to any employment relationshipthat results from an introduction made through the service. Hiring decisions, offers, contracts, background checks and compliance with employment law are entirely the company's responsibility.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
  • Company accounts are subject to verification. We may suspend or reject an account that we cannot verify as a genuine business.

3. Candidates

  • Creating a profile and applying to roles is free.
  • You must only submit information about yourself, and it must be truthful. Misrepresenting your experience, identity or qualifications is grounds for removal.
  • By taking part in a screening interview you consent to it being recorded and scored, and to that recording being shown to companies that unlock your profile. You can withdraw that consent by contacting us.
  • You can delete your profile at any time.

4. Companies, payments and credits

Job postings

  • Posting a role costs $15 per posting. A posting goes live only once payment is confirmed, and stays live for 30 days.
  • Reposting after expiry requires a new payment.
  • Prices differ by region. Companies in India are billed in Indian Rupees; companies elsewhere are billed in US Dollars. The applicable price is shown before you pay.

Credits

  • Credits are a prepaid unit used to unlock candidate contact details. Unlocking one candidate costs 50 credits.
  • Credits are sold in packs: $29, $59, $99. The number of credits in each pack is shown at the point of purchase.
  • Credits have no cash value, are not legal tender, cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot be exchanged for money except as set out in our Refund Policy.
  • An unlock is permanent for your account — you are never charged twice for the same candidate.
  • Browsing and searching candidates, and viewing screening scores, is free. You only spend credits to reveal contact details and interview recordings.

5. Acceptable use of candidate data

When you unlock a candidate you receive personal data, and you become responsible for handling it lawfully. You must not:

  • Use candidate contact details for anything other than recruitment for your own roles.
  • Sell, publish, resell or redistribute candidate data to any third party.
  • Send unsolicited marketing unrelated to a genuine role.
  • Scrape, bulk-download or systematically extract data from the service.
  • Use automated means to create accounts or circumvent the credit system.

We apply rate limits and monitoring to enforce this. Breach is grounds for immediate suspension without refund, and we may report serious misuse to the relevant authority.

6. Content you provide

You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us a licence to host, display and process it for the purpose of operating the service — for candidates, that includes showing your masked profile to companies and your full profile to companies that have unlocked it. You confirm you have the right to provide the content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

7. What we do and do not promise

  • We do not guarantee that a posting will produce a hire, that any candidate will respond, or that any candidate is suitable, available or accurately represented.
  • Screening scores are our assessment, offered in good faith, to help you prioritise. They are not a warranty about any candidate and must not be your only basis for a hiring decision.
  • References to hiring timelines describe typical outcomes, not a contractual commitment.
  • The service is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or losses arising from a hiring decision. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably suspect of fraud, or that we cannot verify. Where we terminate an account for breach, unused credits are forfeited. Where we terminate for convenience, we will refund unused credits.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. Material changes take effect 14 days after we notify you, or immediately if the change is required by law or addresses a security risk. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.

You appear to be in United States. If mandatory consumer law there gives you rights that these terms cannot override, those rights continue to apply and nothing here limits them.
