Job Description As a Transaction Manager , you'll play a key role in helping our client make smarter property decisions across their national footprint. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll manage complex property transactions from strategy through to execution, balancing commercial, operational and workplace objectives while delivering outcomes that create real value. This is an opportunity to work on a high-profile account, build strong client relationships and have a genuine impact on how a major organisation manages its property portfolio. Key Responsibilities • Manage complex property transactions across a national portfolio. • Lead lease renewals, relocations and other occupancy-related strategy. • Negotiate commercial outcomes that deliver value for our client. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords and key stakeholders. • Provide strategic property advice, market intelligence and portfolio recommendations to support client decision making. • Identify opportunities to improve portfolio performance, optimise occupancy and reduce costs. • Ensure seamless transaction delivery and exceptional client service across the portfolio. Qualifications What you'll bring • Experience in property transactions, lease negotiations or portfolio management • Strong commercial and negotiation skills • The ability to build trusted relationships with clients, landlords and key stakeholders • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach Why join us?
