About the role
Standardbankgroup seeks a senior professional to manage Real Estate Finance Solutions across the deal lifecycle. You will lead negotiations, coordinate stakeholders, and drive closing processes to achieve commercial targets and maximize IB revenue. You will build and test REF financial models, prepare offering memorandums and ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks, risk controls, and client needs.
